Yin Yoga with Reiki Energy Healing
Long, slow, passive holds (3-5mins each pose). Most poses on the mat (seated, reclined, on belly). Long holds focus on the release of fascia and connective tissue. Reiki energy healing is offered throughout to enhance the deep relaxation and release and enter a deeper state of meditation. A wonderful compliment to your yang/ active practices.
