I hear this advice all the time, “just start, do not wait for everything to be perfect.” We need to jump into action without our need for the perfect time to fall into place. The truth is, if you have thought of it, you are ready. There is no perfect time to begin. The time is NOW.
The beginning is always the easiest part. The journey to the beginning is the challenge.
Our inner voice knows when the time is right. It is up to us to accept the challenge. What is it that your inner voice is telling you to do? And, what reasons are you creating to avoid the beginning?
The new year is almost here. For me, this is a period of reflection. I look at how I have lived this year, and how I can live greater in the next. This is the year of achievement for us. We can do it! I am going to care for my mind, body and soul greater this year. What are you going to do?
I imagine that there is a small party around me everytime I take action towards something I want. The excitement for taking the small step towards the greater purpose may not manifest in my external world, but my inner world is celebrating for me. In moments like those, I realize my inner strength. For me, this begins on my yoga mat.
I encourage you to take a step a day to achieve your goal. If your goal is to build strength within yourself. Heal your mind and body or deepen your connection with your soul. To cultivate a fitness routine in your life or take a break from the stress of life, I welcome you try yoga.
Seriously, if you just want to impress yourself with your strength and abilities, learn yoga.
Clear Sphere welcomes you this new year! You do not need tight pants, a yoga mat, flexibility, or physical strength. What you do need is curiosity and a little time. Remember, the is no perfect time to begin, but we have come close! We are offering a package for beginner yogis. Or yogis who want to revisit the beginning of their journey.
In January, we will challenge ourselves (and the cold) together. Sign up for the Jumpstart Your Journey Class Series. This series is perfect for new yogis or people wanting to focus on hatha yoga, the physical exercises and breathwork of yoga.
The classes are designed to take you on a journey through the fundamentals of yoga to provide you with a firm foundation from which to build your practice. We will help you become experienced in the basics, so you can blossom into the beautiful yogi you already hold within.
Join us for 3 classes (90-minute each) in the first three weeks, and receive one week of unlimited classes to try all our offerings in the last week of January (or whatever week works best for your schedule). Annelise, Ashley and Julie will teach 3 to 4 classes throughout the first three weeks, you choose the three that accommodate your schedule.
